We undertake full installations, boiler replacements, system upgrades using WorcesterBosch appliances where possible, for a limited time only currently until 30 June 2012 we are able to give a full 7 year manufacturer's warranty free of charge on CDI and SI models of Worcester Bosch boilers, all other Worcester Bosch models will benefit from a 5 year manufacturers warranty, the standard warranty being 2 years.

We undertake service and repairs on all makes of gas boilers and oil boilers, these include Baxi, Ferroli, Gloworm, Grant, Halstead, Ideal, Ocean, Potterton, Ravenheat, Trianco, Vaillant, Vokera, Worcester Bosch and many more. We also undertake service and repair of warm air units such as Johnson & Starley and others.

All our work is covered by £5 million public liability insurance cover.

Important Changes to Gas Safety

Gas Safe Register™ is the registration body appointed by the Health and Safety Executive to manage the new register of all gas engineers in Great Britain from April 2009.

The new logo to look out for when having any gas work undertaken will be as shown to the left, whereas the old CORGI shield shown on the right is no longer valid.

Registrations and Accreditations

GAS SAFE registered - Reg No 540862 - GAS SAFE REGISTER is now the legal registration body appointed by the HSE for all gas engineers. It is no longer CORGI who are responsible. GAS SAFE REGISTER is the national watchdog for gas safety in the United Kingdom. Since 1991 registration has been a legal requirement for anyone installing or repairing gas fittings or appliances. Whether it is Arrow Heating Solutions or another company attending your property to carry out gas work always ask to see their GAS SAFE REGISTER ID Card. All GAS SAFE REGISTER registered installers must carry an ID card and have it available to show to you when they are working in your home.

OFTEC registered engineers - OFTEC is the Oil Fired Technical Association. OFTEC is a voluntary association and engineers do not have to be registered with OFTEC to work on oil appliances. 

WORCESTER BOSCH Accredited Installer - Having been approached by Worcester Bosch in 1997, Arrow Heating Solutions Ltd were interviewed by Worcester Bosch personnel to see if we were a suitable company to be associated with this top boiler manufacturer.  We can wholeheartedly say that we are proud to be associated with Worcester Bosch and truly believe in the quality and performance of their products.
