"I have recently had a new replacement boiler fitted by Arrow Heating. After calling their office to arrange for an engineer to come and survey what actually needed to be done the service I have received has been excellent.
The engineer came and listened to all my requirements and then suggested the best options for my needs. After an agreement was made and a date set the engineers arrived and began the task. Due to the professional and very helpful approach of the engineers, and the lack of any problems, the installation only took one day. As an extra to the installation of the boiler I also had all the radiators in my house power flushed, this was my own choice as I thought it would give me peace of mind knowing that all the old (contaminated) water and rust had been removed.
The installation of the new replacement boiler was so neat and tidy, it was a credit to the company.
I therefore felt I would like to thank and congratulate Arrow Heating on the excellent and extremely professional service received and would definitely recommend them."

"I called Arrow Heating for an estimate on a replacement boiler for our existing one, which was 17 years old and had stopped working. A few hours ago, Dave came to our icy cold house and patiently explained all the options and benefits of the conventional system, which we currently have, versus that of a combi boiler. "Having dealt with a few other engineers of late, I have found Dave's professionalism a refreshing change. Not only did he call in advance of his visit and also later to advise me of his running late but he did something that was quite extraordinary. "In short, he first offered to lend us a couple of space heaters for the next few weeks, while waiting for him to be free, should we decide to have his firm perform the work. Then, as he was getting ready to leave, he offered to take a look at the broken down boiler. A few minutes later Dave had left the house, having fixed the boiler and not asked for a penny. "I am now (comfortably) waiting for his estimates and will then decide which course of action to take. "My wife and I have been back in the UK for just over a year and are in the middle of remodeling our home. Therefore, as you can imagine, we have had a few 'regrettable experiences' with trades people over the last few months. What Dave did was indeed something extraordinary in these days and age; he certainly upheld your firms reputation and you can bet that I will speak of his generosity to everyone I know!"

After returning home from work one day to find my boiler trying to dislodge itself from the wall and making some very strange sounds, I called several heating companies to try and ascertain what the problem might be. Out of all the companies I rang, Arrow Heating were the only ones who managed to diagnose it over the phone. Dave (their engineer), described all the available options with their associated costs to me. Not only this, but Dave actually guided me through various checks to ensure different parts of the system were operating OK, avoiding any costs. Further to his help I managed to alleviate the problem without incurring any major costs which was a tremendous relief as we are saving for our wedding. I would just like to say thanks again to Dave and that I would highly recommend Arrow Heating Solutions to anyone.

We had for 18 months encountered one problem after another following the expensive installation of a new boiler and solar (hot water) system in our home, in short the boiler never heated the house properly and the solar never gave us the promised hot water! After the initial visit by Arrow Heating we were informed that the solar had actually been installed on the wrong side of the roof to be effective and that there were numerous problems identified with the installation of the boiler, cylinder and controls. As the installation was so unbelieveably poor representatives from the manufacturer actually came out to see the work for themselves. (The initial installation was not carried out by a Worcester Bosch Accredited Installer!)
"Our only option was to have the entire system de-installed and re-installed correctly. Arrow Heating Solutions seemed perfect for this job, after the initial recommendation from our friends and then our experience from the initial point of contact, to several meetings with the extremely knowledgable engineers we did not feel the need to look elsewhere.
"To be able to finally benefit from the solar panels has been fantastic, and we have already begun to see a reduction in our fuel bills. Unfortunately the excercise has been costly (paying for the initial poor installation and then the second re-installation) but we can now rest assured safe in the knowledge that we are 'doing our bit' for the environment of this and future generations.
"Our one piece of advise to pass on now is that there may be cheaper companies, but what we now realise is that knowledge and experience may come at a slightly higher price but ultimately for the high level of service prior to, during and following our installation this would have been money well spent - hindsight is a wonderful thing - hindsight as we found can also work out expensive!"

Having central heating that previously only seemed to provide partial heat in a few rooms and no heat in several rooms to having radiators that are now so hot in every room that we are able to turn down the thermostatic valves and also lower the temperature on our room thermostat has meant that as pensioners we should now be able to save money on our fuel bills. The noises we were also hearing have also disappeared, so we definitely feel this has been money well spent.
