The Carbon Trust may be able to provide your business with a 0% interest free loan to cover the cost of the proposed work. These business loans are unsecured as well as interest free, no arrangement fees and a straightforward application process.
The scheme is designed for the energy savings you make on fuel bills to cover the repayments, so in effect the loan will pay for itself!

In the majority of cases no additional spending will be required to cover the loan repayments, in fact you might even find the business has 'surplus' cash each month over the duration of the loan period.
