Our installations are carried out using the latest Highest Efficiency products from Worcester Bosch Group. As a Worcester Bosch Group Accredited Installer we are able to offer you a first class service not only from ourselves but also from one of the top boiler manufacturers throughout Europe, Worcester Bosch products are even installed within Her Majesty The Queen's properties, in 2009 Worcester Bosch were awarded a much sought after Royal Warrant.
Having spent several years concentrating on the service, maintenance and repair of central heating boilers we really did learn pretty quickly who were the market leaders (Worcester being one of these) in terms of build quality, reliability, manufacturer support and most importantly what the cost to repair the various brands of boiler were in the event of a breakdown. What we found was that those boilers that were cheaper to initially purchase and install tended to be the ones which broke down sooner, and even more concerning were more expensive to repair than those boilers that were more expensive to initially install, that was if we could actually readily obtain the parts of the cheaper boilers either from supplier or manufacturer. Now although we still specialise in the repair and service of all boiler makes, about 75% of our annual turnover is made up of installation and upgrade work, obviously installing Worcester Bosch appliances where available based on our customers requirements. We also took the decision to re-brand our company moving it forward to be more obvious to customers that we were Heating Engineers. Based on our years of experience since setting up in business and working as heating engineers for other companies prior to this, we had very few doubts that this joint partnership would work - over ten years later we were both proved correct.

We offer an installation service that begins with your initial telephone or email contact with ourselves, an appointment is made by our courteous and helpful office staff. This appointment can be to suit you Monday to Friday, daytime or early evening. If it is more convenient to chat over the phone to an experienced engineer for ideas of cost involved we are more than happy to provide this service too.
All quotations for installation of boilers, renewable products such as solar etc, underfloor heating, radiator installation and full system upgrades are provided free of charge without any obligation. Engineers are GAS SAFE (gas), OFTEC (oil) and UNVENTED registered, knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the industry and are always happy to chat through your own thoughts and concerns.
We listen to your requirements as a property owner and/or family, we take note of your property's size and configuration, your water and heating usage and the day to day comings and goings of those living at home to ensure the system we design; whether it is just a boiler with controls or a completely new system, with boiler, radiators and maybe even solar is the correct system for you and your needs. We can offer a selection of options from a basic 'no frills' boiler through to a more enhanced boiler. We aim to give you options and advice...after all the choice is yours...not ours!
Quotations for installations and upgrades are issued in writing, unless of course, you verbally accept our quotation and require immediate installation where short time scales may prohibit this. Within our written quotation we detail the work we will be undertaking as clearly as possible, we include information about the warranties we offer free of charge. On Worcester Bosch boilers we are able to give a
FREE 5 YEAR MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY
as we are proud to be a Worcester Bosch Group Accredited Installer, a 2 year warranty is the standard warranty offered by non-accredited installers. We outline information regarding the latest legal requirements for Building Regulation notification following the installation of any heat generating appliance (gas and oil) and we clearly set out payment terms. We also include a quotation acceptance form, one to keep which includes our full terms and conditions on the reverse, the other to return to our office should you accept our competitive quotation. The entire quotation package ensures that you know exactly what services and appliances we are looking to provide and clearly sets out this information to ensure you can be confident that we will be carrying out exactly the work you require to enable you to begin achieving the cost saving results following completion.
