In today's competitive environment, Arrow Heating Solutions Ltd, leaders in the design, installation and maintenance of all forms of gas, oil and renewable energy heating systems, prides itself on being different.

We're a well established, small family business with a proven track record. So we know the importance of customer service, we understand the impact a broken boiler can have on a home and being house proud ourselves, we place great importance on working efficiently, effectively and to the same exacting standards we would require in our own home.

  • All engineers are GAS SAFE registered (registration number 301691). We also have OFTEC registered and Unvented Hot Water registered engineers. These registrations enable us to work legally on gas, oil and unvented systems, giving you our customer total piece of mind.

  • The prestigious CCL (CORGI Certification Limited) was presented to us in 2001. We offer a reliable and efficient service using our own engineers, covering various aspects of domestic (and some light commercial/office) maintenance, service, upgrade and installation.  Our experienced heating engineers are fully trained, regularly attend training courses to keep up-to-date with new technology and changing legislation; abide by industry standards and our own 'code of conduct'.  We provide free, no obligation quotations for all installation work and upgrades.

As well as installations, boiler replacements and upgrades, Arrow Heating Solutions also specialises in the repair and service of all brands of gas and oil boilers including warm air units. These brands include: Alpha, Baxi, Ferroli, Gloworm, Grant, Halstead, Ideal, Johnson & Starley, Ocean, Potterton, Ravenheat, Trianco, Vaillant, Vokera, Worcester Bosch etc.  We are also happy to work on other areas of your central heating system, such as a radiator, thermostatic radiator valve (TRV), pump or programmer amongst all the many other items that together form what can seem a complex system.  These items might either be proving faulty, you may be looking to upgrade or renew, or you simply feel that something is ‘not quite right’ with the way the system is operating. You may feel that the system seems to be completely fine, maybe not even that old, but your fuel bills always seem quite high. Whatever the problem, if it’s associated with any component of your central heating or hot water provision we are happy to help.
