We undertake service, repairs and general maintenace of virtually all makes of gas boilers and oil boilers; including Alpha, Baxi, Ferroli, Gloworm, Grant, Halstead, Ideal, Johnson & Starley, Ocean, Potterton, Ravenheat, Trianco, Vaillant, Vokera, Worcester Bosch and many more; warm air units such as Johnson and Starley and other gas appliances.
Engineers are GAS SAFE registered, required by law to work on any gas appliance and/or OFTEC qualified (voluntary) proves competence in the maintenance and installation of oil fired appliances).
All our work is covered by £5 million public liability insurance cover.
Repair
Should you find yourself in the 'dreaded' situation of a boiler breakdown leaving you with no central heating and/or hot water look no further than Arrow Heating Solutions to come to your rescue!
Our experienced gas and oil engineers will be able to diagnose the fault with your central heating system and if they are able to fix it quite simply without replacement parts, then in most cases the engineers will be able to effect repair during the initial diagnosing call. Should replacement parts be required, the engineer will provide a quotation for the full cost to replace the item as soon as prices are available from our suppliers, which in most cases can be done whilst the engineer is still on site. We use a small number of suppliers in order to ensure we receive the same quality of service which we give to our own customers. These suppliers offer a comprehensive stock of replacement parts, although as you can appreciate at times they may not have the required part in stock but they will source this in the quickest possible time direct from the manufacturer. Again the engineer will advise you regarding the availability and estimated lead time if appropriate.
We pride ourselves on our ability to identify and rectify faults when other companies have failed, indeed we frequently find our 'competitors' contacting us for advice on possible causes and solutions they are faced with at their own customers properties.
Service
Arrow Heating Solutions offers servicing of all gas boilers, gas appliances and oil boilers. Our experienced engineers carry electronic flue analysing equipment to ensure that your boiler is running at it's optimum efficiency in order to operate more efficiently thereby saving you money. They will be able to leave a print out detailing the efficiency of the 
boiler for your own records, so that you are able to compare how your boiler is functioning from year to year.
Services are carried out in line with manufacturer's recommendations, where the boiler manual is present, if the manual is not with the boiler, services are carried out to current GAS SAFE/OFTEC recommendations. In order to carry out servicing of a flame effect fire, the householder must present the manufacturers manual in order that the coal or log configuration is set up correctly.
We must stress that we do not simply come along and vacuum your appliance - this is not a service - if you have somebody 'service' your appliance who does this and nothing else you will be wasting your money!
Landlord's Gas Safety Record
Arrow Heating Solutions are also able to provide Landlord's Gas Safety Records (Landlord's Certificates) for those of you who rent out property. If you do rent out a property containing gas appliances, for example boiler, fire, cooker etc, as a Landlord you have a legal responsibility to ensure that all gas appliances provided for tenants use are maintained in a safe condition at all times and are checked for safety each year by a GAS SAFE registered engineer. If you fail to do so you could face prosecution and you could be putting your tenant's health and lives at risk.
